R&B Back? Can Singer “Emanny” Resurrect the Game?

One thing I really love about Twitter is that my followers/followees put me on so much dope music! I had heard of an artist named Emanny a while back while listening to some of Joe Budden's work and thought he was all awesomeness. So when I heard he had a mixtape out I had to give it a listen. One of the best decisions I 've made this week lol, "Songs About Her" is really a quality piece of work. With the R&B game laying low lately, Emanny is definitely a breath or fresh air. He gives me hope for the future of this seemingly forgotten genre. His tape tells the highs and lows of a relationship over smooth, precisely crafted beats.  I'm super critical of and often against old classics being remade, but Emanny covered Michael Jackson's "Liberian Girl" and IT IS HOT! Jadakiss and Joe Budden both make appearances on the tape. Give it a listen through the player below, I promise it's worth it!
