Am I the only one that has noticed that BET can never do anything that actually turns out well?

At their Hip Hop Awards that just passed, Rick Ross and Young Jeezy got into a backstage brawl that then moved to the parking lot and reportedly ended with gun shots being heard and an arrest happening. Funkmaster Flew, who was an eyewitness for the entire situation tweeted:

"Jeezy and Rick Ross just had words backstage!! Pushing and shoving!!!"

" Beef just spread to the parking lot!!!"

"Shots fired in parking lot!!! Gunman arrested!!! Back to the show and Club later!!!"

Due to the fight, the awards taping was suspended, and the place of the event was temporarily in lockdown, until everything was sorted out. Rick Ross performed shortly thereafter. Below is a video posted on TMZ showing the two rappers backstage altercation with the police trying to break them up, before they exited to the parking lot.
